The first rehearsal house Brotherhouse was established in Sofia in 1993 and many of the famous groups and performers nowadays have started their careers from there. 23 years later, one of the owners (Mr. Rath) has resumed the business and has created Rathouse - a rehearsal house equipped with the state-of-the art equipment.

The Rathouse rehearsal house consists of three halls - East hall, West hall and Fun hall. The first two halls allow for a choice of the type and level of equipment according to your wishes and financial capabilities. The Fun hall is a place where you can have fun and a drink in a friendly atmosphere.

Our goals are:

• An opportunity, not only to train and further improve experienced musicians, but to help younger ones develop themselves and advance in their career through lessons
• Helping solo musicians find and be assigned to appropriate formations;
• Sharing and exchanging ideas related to our common passion - music.

• Rental of musical instruments for use during rehearsals;
• Rental of equipment for other events
